Council Member Re oert. introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -68
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT
COST ALLOCATION STUDY
WHEREAS, the City is proposing to obtain traffic engineering services to identify
needed roadway improvements and an equitable method of allocating costs to
developing areas within the I -35E Corridor; and
WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group, Inc., has submitted a proposal for such services in
the amount of $16,000; and
WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group, Inc., has significant traffic engineering experience
in the I -35E Corridor including the 35W/35E Regional Corridor Study, CSAH 14
Improvement Project and the CSAH 14/35E Interchange Preliminary Design.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
•
1. That the contract with SRF Consulting Group, Inc., for a Roadway Improvement
Cost Allocation Study is hereby approved.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
