CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. a-74
APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE
OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS
AT THE LINO LAKES QUIK STOP, 6501 WARE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly
scheduled meeting on May 8, 2006, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council received a report outlining a permit application
received from Q.S. Inc; and;
WHEREAS, the police department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an
investigation of the applicants, and;
WHEREAS, the fire marshal has reviewed the application and premises;
WHEREAS, the requested site for sales, 6501 Ware Road, is zoned for general
business purpose; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance, authorization from the
building owner and has paid the necessary fees;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves an annual Fireworks Permit for Q.S. Inc., d /b /a Lino
Lakes Quik Stop, 6501 Ware Road.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of May, 2006.
