Storm Water Utility

Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -75
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM WATER UTILITY FEASIBILITY STUDY
WHEREAS, the City has identified the need for a dedicated funding source for storm
water related projects and activities including storm water improvements related to
street reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, the City authorized Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., to provide services to
assist the City of Lino Lakes in determining the feasibility of establishing a Storm Water
Utility; and
WHEREAS, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., has prepared such feasibility study and
presented it to the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Storm Water Utility Feasibility Study, prepared by Short, Elliott,
Hendrickson, Inc., is hereby accepted.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member °'Donnel -and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Reinert, O'Donnell, Mayor Bergeson
The following voted against same:
Carlson
• Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
