Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -76
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE I — STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 22, 2005, awarding the
construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 - Street and Utility Improvements
to Glenn Rehbein Companies, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to install street and utilities for Woods Edge
Boulevard as part of the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase I improvement project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA that:
1. Change Order No.1 for street and utility improvements to Woods Edge Boulevard in the
amount of $385,410.00 is hereby approved.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Carlson, Reinert, O'Donnell, Mayor Bergeson
The following voted against same:
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
