CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -87
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND FINAL PAYMENT - 2005
OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the construction of the 2005 Overlay Project has been completed by Universal
Enterprises of Mid - Minnesota, Inc. and
WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final Payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
Compensating Change Order No. 2 and Payment Certificate No. 2 (Final) is approved
for a total contract amount of $122,847.32.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Membero,nnnnpl i and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Mayor Bergeson
The following voted against same:
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
