Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its
CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
RESOLUTION NO. 06-142
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 2007 GENERAL OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution
setting out proposed General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following Proposed General Fund operating budget be
adopted for 2007:
2007 PROPOSED GENERAL FUND BUDGET
REVENUES:
Property Taxes $7,298,995
Licenses and Permits 827,550
Intergovernmental Revenue 695,000
Charges for Services 248,500
Fines and Forfeitures 110,000
Interest on Investments 150,000
Miscellaneous 279,200
TOTAL PROPOSED GENERAL FUND REVENUES $9.609245

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of September, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Stoltz
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Reinert, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
Carlson
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
