CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -149
APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE
FOR JASON'S BOBBY & STEVE'S AUTO WORLD, 7090 21st AV S
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly
scheduled meeting on September 11, 2006, 2006, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a new on -sale
wine and beer license for Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World located at 7090
21st Av S; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an
investigation of the applicants, and;
WHEREAS, Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World is in compliance with City
Code Section 701 concerning Liquor Licensing and qualifies for said license and;
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid
the necessary fees;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale wine and beer license for Jason's Bobby
& Steve's Auto World subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws
of the city, state and of the federal government and the applicant will comply with
all said laws.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of September, 2006.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof:
Carlson, Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
