adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -184
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, JUNES ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Prelimijnary Plat on July 12, 2004, and
WHERAS, the City Council approved the 2nd Reading of Ordinance 06 -05 — Rezoning
from Rural to R1 -X on July 26, 2004, and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino
Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat to insure
satisfactory completion of public improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves
• the Development Contract with Wayne Junes for Junes Addition and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member rar, won and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
