Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06 -185
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 (FINAL) AND
COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 2006 STREET SEALCOATING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the 2006 Street Sealcoating Project has been completed by Allied Blacktop
Company, and
WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final
Payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 2 (Final) is
approved for a final contract amount of $114,139.65.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of November, 2006.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
MembeP'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
