NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: 1. The current approved contract amount is $2,625,383.85. Change Order No. 3 is for the addition of white colored pervious paving bricks installed to form parking stall strips within the pervious paver on street parking areas. This change removes the need for annual restriping of the stalls. An additional labor charge was incurred due to an error in the stripe locations performed by the engineer. The total cost of the Change Order is $10,005.00. SEH, Inc., will reimburse the City in the amount of $3,705.00 due to the striping error. The total revised contract amount, with the change order, is $2,635,388.85. The cost of the improvements were previously included in the City's financing package and special assessments levied against the properties. RECOMMENDATION Staff is recommending the adoption of Resolution No. 06 -194, Approving Change Order No.3 in the amount of $10,005.00. ATTACHMENTS 1. Resolution No. 06 -194 2. This work was required due to a mismarking of the stripe locations by SEH. A credit of $3,705.00 will be included on the next invoice from SEH.
