N 0 z ti m ! g0 M 01 74,2 0 a o 0 U U RESOLUTION VI - a 3 WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes projects the need for connecting up to the existing Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Interceptor located in Circle Pines, and WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has reserved capacity in this Interceptor for the future use of Lino Lakes. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes requests the Metropolitan Council to consider amending the Water Quality Policy Plan to include service to Lino Lakes border by the extension of the Circle Pines /Blaine Interceptor. Schumacher DATE: December 19, 1980 RE: Estension of Sewer Interceptor The Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan shows that sewer service district Number two will be hooked up to the existing Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Interceptor presently located in Circle Pines. It is the responsibility of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission to make and pay for that extension. Therefore, I would recommend that the Council adopt the following Resolution so that Metropolitan Waste Control Commission may include this extension in their funding plans. Resolution to Metro Council Requesting Sewer Interceptor Extension. WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes projects the need for connecting up to the existing MWCC Interceptor located in Circle Pines, and WHEREAS, the MWCC has reserved capacity in this interceptor for the future use of Lino Lakes. NOW THEREFORE._BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes requests the Metropolitan Council to consider ammending the Water Quality Policy Plan to include service to Lino Lakes border by the extension of the Circle Pines /Blaine interceptor. RESOLUTION PETITIONING THE CITY OF BLAINE TO INCLUDE LINO LAKES IN THEIR • PROPOSED CABLE SERVICE TERRITORY (CST) WHEREAS: The City of Lino Lakes and the City of Blaine share certain boundary line; being Sunset Avenue, North Road and Baldwin Lake Road, and WHEREAS: the population of the City of Lino Lakes is dispursed so that it is not feasible for Lino Lakes to establish its own CST, or any other CST without crossing county lines, and WHEREAS; The City of Lino Lakes desires to have a Cable Television Franchise within its boundaries, and WHEREAS: The City of Lino Lakes desires to make Cable Television Services available to its Residents, IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, Minnesota, does hereby petition the City of Blaine, Minnesota to include Lino Lakes in their proposed Cable Service Territory to the Minnesota Cable Communication Board.
