R E S O L U T I O N
81 -3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, that:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of
sanitary sewer along Hodgson Road and Highway #49
between the intersection of Hodgson Road and the
center line of Section 30 on the South end of the
proposed improvement and 77th Street on the North
end of the proposed improvement, and along Highway
#49 to the Minnesota Correctional Facility, filed
with the City Council on February 23, 1981, is
hereby declared to be signed by the required per-
centage of owners of the property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformity with Minn -
esota Statute, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Peter Long of
O.S.M. Engineering and he is instructed to report
to the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Should said project not be approved, the cost of
the study will be born by the petitioners.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota,
this 23rd day of February, 1981.
Motion to approve this Resolution was made by Mrs. Elsenpeter.
Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried with all members
being present, and all member voting in favor of the
Resolution.
