RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Lino Lakes City Council
adopted May 11, , 1981, a report has been prepared by Orr -
Schelen- Mayeron and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers with
reference to the construction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer in Urban
Service District No. 2, to provide sewer along Hodgson Road and
Lake Drive (Highway 49 and County Road 23) from the Centerline
of Section 30 on the South to Main Street on the North, including
the Minnesota Correctional Facility. This report was received
by the City Council on April 27, 1981.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the construction of such
sewer system in accordance with the report and the
assessment of benefiting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the construction pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes Cahpter 429 at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $3,125,000.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
construction on the 27th day of May,1981 in the
Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and
the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and construction as required by law.
