CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Council member Jaworski made the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
I.
Pursuant to authority contained in Section 5, c. of Ordinance No. 65,
passed by the City Council on April 26, 1976, the boarding fee re-
quired to be paid by said Section is hereby increased to and set at
$4.00 per day.
II.
A copy of this resolution will be kept on file in the office of the
City Clerk - Treasurer and open to inspection during regular office
hours.
This resolution shall be effective from and after its passage.
Opouncil member Kulaszewicz duly seconded the said resolution and moved
its adoption.
Upon vote being taken thereon, the following council members voted for
said resolution, Mayor Gourley and Council members, Elsenpeter,Jaworski
and Kulaszewicz, and the following voted against same - none.
Whereupon said Resolution was duly declared passed, this 26th day of May,
1981.
