WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Hodgson
Road and County Road J by the installation of sewer to those certain
properties at that intersection, was duly presented to the Council
on the 2,c` day of OCT' , 1980; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the /Council adopted ,£ '4.. 1981,
a report has been prepared bye u with reference to the im-
provement, and this report was recei ed by the Council on 61,„,k/ ,01981;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed
by all owners of real property abutting upon the strees named
as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted ..ti ., 1J 1981.
3. M. ' ..tti- cY is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
