BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of
Reshanau Lane and Reshanau Court between the North
Lino of Birch Street and the West line of Black Duck
Drive by the installation of streets, curbs, sanitary
and storm sewer, water hydrants and line and street
lighting, filed with the Council on August 13, 1981,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required per-
centage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in fonformity to Minnestoa Statutes,
Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Milner Carley Engineering
and he is instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a prelinimary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
ans as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Passed by the Council this 13th day of August, 1981
