RESOLUTION REQUESTING THt ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHARTER COMMISSION FOR THE
we CITY OF LINO LAKES.
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council hereby requests the District Court
to establish a fifteen (15) member Charter Commission as pro-
vided for,under Section 410.15, Minnesota Statutes Annotated, and
WHEREAS, an interest in Charter Commission for the community has recently
been demonstrated, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to investigate the need
for such a Charter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that
A fifteen (15) member Charter Commission be established as outlined under
Section 410.15 Minnesota Statutes, Annotated and that the following list
•of eligible nominees be used by the District Court in making appointments
to such Charter Commission.
