0 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS.

WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council adopted the llth day
of May, 1981, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed
improvement of Hodgson Road and Lake Drive(Highway 49 8 County
Road #23) from the centerline of Section 30 on the South to Main
Street on the North, including the Minnesota Correctional Facility,
by the installation of a Trunk Sewer.
AND WHEREAS, ten (10) days published notice of the hearing
through two (2) weeks publications of the required notice was
given and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of May,
1981, and continued to the 15th day of July,1981, at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as modified in the
Council Resolution adopted 13th day of August, 1981:
2. Orr - Schelen - Mayeron is hereby designated as the
Engineering firm for this improvement. They shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
