RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF LINO
• LAKES TO THE NORTH CENTRAL SUBURBAN CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota has ratified the Joint Powers Agreement
with North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission ( NCSCCC), and,
WHEREAS, the MCSCCC agreement requires a Resolution appointing a Director,
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, The Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
hereby appoints Bobbie Volk, 8028 Elbe Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota (resident
and qualified voter of Lino Lakes) to officially represent Lino Takes, Minnesota
as Director to the North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission.
