RESOLUTION NO. 82 -6
WHEREAS, the County Board of Anoka County adopted a
Resolution on February 9, 1982, establishing a County
State Aid Highway within the City of Lino Lakes as
described:
Adopted
County Road J from I -35E to Otter Lake
Road (half in Ramsey, half in Anoka County)
(0.03 miles total in both counties).
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the
City Council of Lino Lakes that said
alteration is approved,subject to
approval by the Commissioner of
Transportation of the State of Minnesota.

I, the undersigned Clerk- Treasurer of the City of Lino Lakes
hereby certify the above to be an exact and true copy of a
Resolution passed by the Council of Lino Lakes at a regular
scheduled Council meeting held on May 10, 1982.

RESOLUTION - #82 -W
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve certain streets with the City of
Lino Lakes, per the attached list,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvements be referred to Mr. John
Davidson of TKDA, for study and that he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in apreliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible.
Adopted by the Council this 10th day of May, 1982.
