RESOLUTION No. 82-22
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN
FOR ITS MUNICIPAL STATE AID ROAD SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has requested the
Commissioner of Transportation to approve the
Municipal State Aid system as outline in
Resolution No. 82 -22, and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has established a
five year Capital Improvements Plan setting forth
its priorities for the necessary construction and
maintenance for the above mentioned Municipal
State Aid system.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED;
That the attached listing constitutes the established
construction priorities for the Lino Lakes Municipal
State Aid Five Year Capital Improvements Plan.
