411RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS - 1982

WHEREAS,
the City of Lino Lakes has established a Trust Fund and deposited
all Revenue Sharing Funds received in that fund, pursuant to
regulations prescribed by the Office of Revenue Sharing, and
these funds must be expended within a reasonable time according
to the Revenue Sharing regulations, and
the City of Lino Lakes has assured the Director of the Office of
Revenue Sharing that with respect to payment received under the
Act, the mandatory requirements of the State and Local Fiscal
Assistance Act of 1972 as amended have been complied with, and
in order to complete the necessary transaction, a transfer of
funds from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to the City's General
Fund must be authorized by the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Lino Lakes City Council instruct the City Clerk to transfer
$ , $ 9'7/, aS of Revenue Sharing Funds into the General Fund for the
purpose of retiring expenses in the Road Department as authorized at the
October 5, 1982 Planned Use Public Hearing.
