RESOLUTION 82 -25
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS
WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $12,659.09 in the sinking
fund for project 70 -01 Municipal Building fund as
of December 22, 1982, and
WHEREAS, there no longer exists any debt for Project 70 -01
Municipal Building fund and therefore no need for
funds to be maintained in this account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,
That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes
the City Clerk to transfer $12,659.09 from the
project #70 -01 municipal building fund into the
General Fund.
