RESOLUTION # 82-26
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS
WHEREAS, there exists a balance of $71,321.61 in the sinking
fund for project 79 -01 General Obligation Bonds
concerning improvements installed in the Black
Duck subdivision, and
WHEREAS,
this project was refinanced and thereby replaces
project 79 -01 with project 82-01 General
Obligation Bonds.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to
transfer the existing balance of $71,321.60 into the 82 -01
General Obligation Bond Account to reduce further indebtedness
of such account.
