RESOLUTION #82 -27
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOUSING PLAN FOR SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE
REVENUE BOND APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council published the necessary notices
establishing the time, place and location for the Public
Hearing on the proposed Housing Plan and
WHEREAS, such hearing was held on December 20, 1982 at 7 :30 p.m. at
the Lino Lakes City Hall and public testimony and discuss-
ion was taken in accordance with State and City Code, and
WHEREAS, the contents of the Plan exemplified existing conditions,
'needs and future goals along with policies and implementation
programs for these activities.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT,
1. The Lino Lakes City Council hereby adopts the Housing
Plan as amended on December 17, 1982.
2. This Plan shall be submitted along with the Housing Program
to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency as a part of the
application for Single Family Mortgages Revenue Bonds.
Passed by the Council the 20th day of December, 1982.
