RESOLUTION #82 -28
RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOUSING PROGRAM FOR SINGLE FAMILY' MORTGAGE
REVENUE BONDS
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council published the necessary notices
establishing the time, date, and location for the Public
Hearing on the proposed Housing Program, and
WHEREAS,. hearing was held on December 28, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.
at the Lino Lakes City Hall and public testimony and dis-
cussion was recorded in accordance with City and State
code, and
WHEREAS, the contents of this document illustrated the specific
details of the program such as costs, administration and
qualifying requirements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT;
1. The Lino Lakes City Council adopts the Housing Programs
as presented at the Public Hearing.
2. This'Housing Program be submitted along with the Housing
Plan to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency as a part
of the application for Single Family Mortgage Revenue
Bonds.
Passed by the Council the 28th day of December, 1982.
