BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to Section 161.39, Subdivision
1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, 1978, the City of Lino
Lakes City Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality
of Lino Lakes is hereby authorized to request and obtain
from the Mir iesota Department of Transportion, needed
Engineering and technical services for which payment will
be made by the Municipality upon receipt of verified
claims from the Commissioner of Transportation. This
authority is to remain effective until recinded by either
party.
