BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant_to Section 161.36, Subdivision
1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of
Transportation be appointed as; agent of the City of Lino
Lakes to let as its agent, contracts for the construction
of local streets and bridges, and the Mayor and the Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of
the City Council to execute and enter into a contract with
the Commissioner of Transportation presecribing the terms
and conditions of such contracts in the form as set forth
and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation
Agency Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before
the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the
obligations therein contained.
Passed by the City Council this 10th day of January, 1983.
