WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted
October 12, 1982, a report has been prepared by
Mr. John Davidson of TKDA with reference to the
improvement of the Baldwin Lake Mobile Home
Court by the installation of a connecting sewer
line to the lift station on Laurene Drive, and
this report was received by the Council on January
10, 1983.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
The Council will consider the improvement of such Mobile
Home Court in accordance with the report and the assess-
ment for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
to the Baldwin Lake Mobile Home Court pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $64,560.00.
A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improve-
ment on the 28th day of February, 1983 in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement aS required by law.
Adopted by the Council this 10th day of January, 1983.
