A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON BALD EAGLE BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, upon a recommendation from the Lino Lakes
Chief of Police to restrict parking along
designated areas of Bald Eagle Boulevard due
to concern for the health, safety, and welfare
of the public.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Lino Lakes City Council hereby atuhorizes the
Superintendent of Public Works to erect "NO PARKING"
signs at the following locations;
commencing on the Westerly side of Bald Eagle
Boulevard at the 6100 block and proceeding
Northerly to the 6400 Block, Lino Lakes, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council this44day
