RESOLUTTION #83 -09
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has held in a construction
escrow account sufficient funds to pay for Engineering,
legal and construction costs relating to certain
projects, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes presently has established such
accounts for the sub - division Carole's Estates II
and Forest Glenn owned by Mr. Gilbert Menkveld.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLOVED, that:
The City Council hereby authorize the City staff to transfer
$2,239.20 from the above mentioned construction escrow account
to the City of Lino Lakes General Fund.
This transfer will constitute payment for the balance of
existing debts against Carole's Estates II and Forest Glenn,
relating to Engineering and Construction costs incurred by
the City of Lino Lakes.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has held in a construction
escrow account sufficient funds to pay for Engineering,
Legal and construction costs relating to certain
projects. and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes presently has established such
accounts for the sub - division Lino Air Park North
owned by Mr. Roger KbLstad.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The City Council hereby authorize the City Staff to transfer
$405.89 from the above mentioned construction escrow account
to the City of Lino Lakes General Fund.
This transfer will constitute payment for the balance of
existing debts against Lino Air Park North relating to
Engineering, and Construction costs incurred by the City
of Lino Lakes.
