RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ENGINEER's FEASIBILITY REPORT, ORDERING
BALDWIN LAKE MOBILE HOME COURT IMPROVEMENTS AND PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
Resolution #83 -03 of the Lino Lakes City Council
adopted on January 10, 1983, fixed a date for a
Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sewer
extension pursuant to the engineering feasibility report
dated December 13, 1982, and
ten days' published notice of the hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice was given
and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of
February, 1983, at 7:30 P.M. at which all persons
desiring to be heard was given an opportunity to be
heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Engineer's feasibility report dated December
13, 1982 is hereby adopted as feasible along with
its recommendations.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council Resolution adopted January 10, 1983.
3. TKDA is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
improvement. They shall prepare Plans and
Specifications for the making of such improvement.
4. Authorize Attorney to obtain all necessary easements.
