WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION NO. 83 -12
pursuant to instructions of the City Council,
a report has been prepared by Mr. Donald Volk
with reference to the Seal - Coating Program
designating certain streets within the City
of Lino Lakes for the 1983 work schedule, and
this report was received by the City Council
on March 28, 1983.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report received by the
Council on March 28, 1983.
2. Mr. John Davidson, of TKDA, is hereby
designated as the Engineer for the
Seal- Coating Program. He shall pre-
pare plans and specifications for the
completing of the Seal- Coating on those
certain streets so designated in the
report.
