WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION 83 -13
the City of Lino Lakes and the County
of Anoka reached an agreement on the
Chain of Lakes Park on March 26, 1974,
and
the enclosed agreement was accepted
and signed by the respective bodies,
and
WHEREAS, this City Council wishes this agreement
to remain in force,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of
Lino Lakes reaffirms the Contract with Anoka County
for the year 1983.
Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this
24th day of January ,; "1983.

Dear Mrs. Langfeld,
Enclosed is a copy of the Resolution passed by
the Lino Lakes City Council in reference to the
Regional Park and a copy of the Agreement reached
between the County Commissioners and the City
Council. This Agreement has been reaffirmed each
year by both the City and the County.
Would you please present this matter to the
Board of Commissioners for their action?
