RESOLUTION #83 -15
Council member Elsenpeter introduced and moved the adoption of the following
Resolution.
WHEREAS, the Cities of North Oaks, Gem Lake, White Bear, Lino Lakes, Township
of White Bear, St. Paul Water Utility, and the City of Vadnais Heights have agreed
to try and organize a water management organization under a joint powers agreement
as provided for under Minnesota Statutes 1982 Section 471 -59 * Joint Exercise of
Powers.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the City of Lino Lakes agrees to work under
the provisions of Section 471 -59 Joint Exercise of Powers Act, to try and formulate
an agreement with the above named communities involved with the proposed Vadnais
Lake Area water management organization.
Motion was seconded by Council member Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously.
Whereas, said Resolution was duly passed and adopted this 9th day of May, 1983.
