AMENDING RESOLUTION #82 -17
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed Resolution #82 -17
and feel minor adjustments should be made, and
WHEREAS it appears to the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
that the streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal
State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967
Chapter 162;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Lino Lakes that the roads described as follow, to -wit:
See Attached Amended Listing
be, and hereby are established, located, and designated a Municipal
State street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner
of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
•and directed to forward two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and
that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion
thereof, the same be constructed, improved and maintained as Munici-
pal State Aid streets of the City of Lino Lakes, to be numbered and
known as Municipal State Aid streets as shown on the amended attached
listing.
