RESOLUTION 1 23 —1
RESOLUTION - ESTABLISHING A SIGNATORY FOR
THE POST BOARD REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Board of Peace Officers Standards and
Training has been appropriated $900,000 for the purpose
of reimbursing local units of government to offset the
cost of ocntinuing education and training programs for
their peace officers, and
WHEREAS, a requirement of this program is to formally designate
a signatory for the processing of all necessary documents.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby designates the Mayor
and the City Administrator as signators for the processing of
the Post Board Reimbursement Program.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
this 23rd day of May, 1983.
