A Resolution establishing miscellaneous fees pursuant to the
City Code.
Whereas, numerous areas of the City Code reference "fees as
established by the City Council," and
Whereas, in an effort to update the Council on the present fee
schedules being used or proposed for City Code continuity, the
following fees are herewith submitted;
Xerox Copies 25t per copy
Septic Pumping Permit $2.00
Bingo $5.00 /single permit or
$50.00 /year
. City. Code; $20.00
Zoning Ordinance $10.00
Now therefore be it Resolved that;
The above stated fees shall be collected in accordance with
the Lino Lakes City Code.
