WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted July 11 ,
1983, a report has been prepared by Mr. John Davidson of TKDA with
reference to the improvement of Reiling Road from the existing surface
for 600 feet to the West Line of Lot 11 and this report was received
by the City Council on July 25, 1983.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1 The Council will consider the improvement of such
street in accordance with the report and the assess-
ment ofthe abutting property for all of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 429
and the Lino Lakes City Charter as an estimated cost
of $26,760.00
2 A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 22nd Day of August, 1983 in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and
the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th Day of
July, 1983.
