HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-032 Council Resolution• • • RESOLUTION #83 -32 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS WHEREAS, There exists a balance of $465.37 in the sinking fund for the 1981 Certificate of Indebtedness, and WHEREAS, There no longer exists any debt for 1981 Certificate of Indebtedness and therefore no need for funds to be maintained in this account. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to transfer $465.37 from the 1981 Certificate of Imdebtedness to the 1982 Certificate of Indebtedness.. Sarner, City Clerk RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Lino .Lakes, Minnesota: 1. .That certain Petition' requesting the following' described improvement: the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch Street East to the border of Shenandoah II. filed with the City on the 29th day of December , 1983 , is hereby declared to be signed by at least twenty -five (25 %) percent in number of the benefited property owners as required by Section 8.01, Subdivision 1 of the Lino Lakes City. Charter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred IIIto the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connec- tion with some other improvement, and the estimated cost therefor which shall be set out both in unit price and in total.
