RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1. That certain Petition requesting the following
described improvements:
the installation of sewers on Tomahawk Trail from
Birch Street East to the border of Shenandoah II.
filed with the City on the 29th day of December, 1983,
is hereby declared to be signed by at least twenty -five
(25 %) percent in number of the benefited property
owners as required by Section 8.01, Subd. 1 of the
Lino Lakes City Charter.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way
40 as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvements, and the estimated cost therefor which shall be set out
both in unit price and total.
That the estimated number of benefited property owners by such
improvement is one (1).
Adopted by the Council this 9th day of January, 1984.
