RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS
WHEREAS, there exists a balance of $1599.98 in the
sinking fund for the 1982 Certificate of
Indebtedness, and
WHEREAS, there no longer exists any debt for the 1982
Certificate of Indebtedness and therefore no
need for funds to be maintained in this
account.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby
authorizes the City Clerk to transfer
$1599.98 from the 1982 Certificate of
Indebtedness to the Capitol Improvement
Project - Fund #401.
Passed by the City Council this 13th day of February, 1984.
