A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR THE COMPLETION:> OF CERTAIN STRESS WITHIN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Eva Street between
Orange Street and the unimproved Street to the
North, and the Street to the North from the East
line of Lot 4, Block 1 to the West line of Lot 10,
Block 2 by bringing the streets up to City standards
and to assess the benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT -: RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKE8
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. John Davidson of
TKDA for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
