RESOLUTION #84 -10-
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID AND AUTHORIZING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF REILING ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvement of Reiling Road from the existing
surface for 600 feet to the West line of Lot
11, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and
WHEREAS, it appears that of
is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into the attached contract with
of
in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the
improvement of Reiling Road to the West line of
Lot 11 according to the plans and specifications
therefor approved by the City Council and on file
in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with thier bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
sahll be retained until a contract is signed..
