HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-018A Council Resolution• WHEREAS, RESOLUTION NO. 18A A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON RICE LAKE ESTATES AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT Pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted August 8, 1983, a report has been prepared by John Davidson, of TKDA, with reference to the improvement of Rice Lake Estates and this re- port was received by the Council. on September 12, 1983. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such Rice Lake Estates and the West Central Service Area in accordance with the report.and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur- suant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $4,445,000.00. 2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such pro- posed improvement on the llth of June, 1984 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and pub- lished notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
