RESOLUTION #84 -21
RESOLUTION TERMINATING CONSIDERATION OF EXTENSION OF MAPLE STREET
WHEREAS, a petition was received by the City Council for the
extension of Maple Street from the existing surface
400 feet West, and
WHEREAS, the petition was received and a feasibility report
ordered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the feasibility report, a public
hearing was scheduled for May 29, 1984 at 9:05 P.M.,
and
WHEREAS, before the hearing, the petitioner filed with the City
a written request to withdraw his petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA, that;
per the request of the petitioner, all consideration of this project
be terminated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 29th day of
May, 1984.
