RESOLUTION 84 -33
RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ANOKA COUNTY BOARD TO DESIGNATE 80TH STREET AS
A COUNTY ROAD
WHEREAS,
80th street in the City of Lino Lakes, connects Anoka County
State Aid Highway Number 21 with Washington County Road
Number 4 and;
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes agrees to acquire necessary right
of way at no cost to Anoka County, and;
WHEREAS,
The City of Lino Lakes agrees to extend culverts at the
the Hardwood Creek crossing using State Bridge Funds or
City Municipal State Aid funds;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
that the Anoka County Board take action to designate 80th
Street as a County Highway.
that the county improve said roadway to meet Anoka County
Highway standards.
that the County engineer be authorized to proceed with
the necessary plans to determine what right of way must be
acquired by the City of Lino Lakes.
