RESOLUTION #85 -08
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS
WHEREAS, there exists a balance of $670.00 in the
Minnesota Revenue Mortgage Housing Board
Fund, and
WHEREAS, the program application has been submitted by
the City and was partially funded for de-
veloper use, and
WHEREAS, there exists no additional need for City
staff involvement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby auth-
orizes the City Clerk to transfer $670.00 from
the Minnesota Revenue Mortgage Housing Board
Fund to the General Fund for costs incurred by
the City.
Passesd by the City Council this 28th day of May, 1985.
