RESOLUTION #85 - 13
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR 4TH AVENUE STATE AID SYSTEM.
WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve 4th Avenue between Main Street
and Lilac Street by providing adequate area drainage
and upgrading 4th Avenue to Minnesota State Aid stand-
ards;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
0 MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to John Davidson of Toltz,
King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc. and he be instructed to
prepare plans and specifications for submission to the State Aid
Engineer for approval as a part of the State Aid Road System in
Lino Lakes.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this Twelfth day of August,
1985.
