RESOLUTION NO._01 - 86
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS PERTAINING
TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1986 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS, RICE LAKE
ESTATES, PROJECT 86 -1
WHEREAS, a publ is hearing has been held on the improvement of 1986 Util ity
and Street Improvements, Rice Lake Estates, Project 86 -1, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been authorized for said
improvement, and
WHEREAS, easements are necessary to construct certain phases of this
improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
S MINNESOTA: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
proceed with easement acquisition through negotiation or condemnation.
